One of my favorite things about running is that it’s a sport that can be enjoyed by so many different people! I love how unique each athlete is and it’s fun for me to work with athletes whether they’re a beginner trying to finish their first 5k, a high schooler with dreams of running in college, or a half marathoner/marathoner trying to run a personal best! Since we’re all so different, my coaching is very individualized and written perfectly for you to reach your individual goals. Below I’ve outlined a couple options I have in pricing/what I offer as a coach so you can pick the plan that’s right for you! Plan 1 ($125/month) includes:
- An initial phone call to assess you as an athlete and get to know where you’ve been, where you are, what your goals are, and what the best way to get you to them would be
- An interactive training plan sent out weekly this can be given out bi-weekly or monthly if preferred)
- Cross training written if needed
- Help planning races if needed
- Communication with me through text, email, phone, and interaction with the training plan
Plan 2 ($150/month) includes:
- Everything in option 1 + strength training
